📄 Palmiye Home Cancellation and Return Policy
At Palmiye Home, we are committed to offering our guests a transparent and fair booking experience.
The following terms apply to direct bookings made through www.kemerpalmiyehome.com. (For Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms, their respective cancellation policies apply.)
📅 Cancellation Periods & Refunds

100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations made within 6 days of check-in.

No refund for no-show cases (when the guest does not arrive).
💳 Early Departures & Late Arrivals

No refunds are given for early departures after check-in.

Late arrivals do not entitle guests to any discounts or refunds.
⛈️ Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, health emergencies, or road closures, cancellations may be specially considered if official documentation is provided.

In such cases, guests may be offered a refund or rescheduling option.
🧾 Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Delays caused by banks or payment providers are beyond Palmiye Home’s responsibility.
