 Palmiye Home – Terms and Conditions

 

Please read the following rules carefully before making a reservation. At Palmiye Home, our priority is to provide our valued guests with a pleasant, safe, and comfortable accommodation experience.

 

1. Reservation and Payment Conditions

  • Reservations can be made online through our system or manually upon request.

  • All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include taxes.

  • Accommodation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total amount.

  • Cancellations made within 6 days or less before check-in, or in case of no-show: No refund.

  • Changes requested by the guest may be possible depending on availability.

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, health issues, road closures, etc.) with official documentation will be evaluated individually. In such cases, a refund or date change may be offered.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 7 business days. Palmiye Home is not responsible for delays caused by banks or financial institutions.

 

3. Accommodation Rules

  • The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or in outdoor areas.

  • Loud noise, music, or behavior that may disturb the environment is prohibited.

  • In case of damage to furniture or equipment, the cost will be charged directly to the guest.

 

4. Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: From 14:00

  • Check-out: By 11:00

  • Additional charges may apply for late check-out.

 

5. Disclaimer

Palmiye Home is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings or incidents caused by third parties. For security reasons, please ensure that doors and windows are kept locked at all times.
