Reservation Rules and Conditions for Palmiye Home Kemer Göynük

At Palmiye Home, our priority is to offer our valued guests a pleasant, safe and comfortable stay.

 

1. Reservation and Payment Terms

  • Reservations can be made through Booking.com, Airbnb, or via an offer given through direct contact.

  • Prices and payment terms are determined by the selected booking channel or by the direct offer.

  • For current prices and availability, you can check the main Palmiye Home website or the channel through which you are booking.

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms

  • Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the policy of the channel where the reservation was made (Booking.com, Airbnb) or by the terms stated in the direct offer.

  • Please check the cancellation policy of the relevant channel or offer before booking for the exact terms.

  • For reservations made through direct contact, cancellation and refund requests can be sent by email or WhatsApp.

 

3. Stay Rules

  • The apartment is for a maximum of 4 guests; guests under 17 are included in the capacity. Stays above this number are not permitted.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

  • Noise, loud music and behavior that disturbs the surroundings are not permitted.

  • Parties and events are not permitted.

  • Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.

  • In case of damage to belongings, the cost is charged to the guest.

 

4. Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: 14:00–23:00 by self check-in; access details are shared with confirmed guests before the stay.

  • Check-out: 11:00

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

 

5. Disclaimer

  • Palmiye Home is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings or for situations caused by third parties.

  • For security, it is recommended to lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

 

6. General Note

  • Accepting these terms is part of the reservation process.
